SERVER RULES & ENFORCEMENT
These rules exist to maintain a fair, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone on The Eastern Hive.
All players are expected to follow these rules at all times. Supporter status does not grant exemptions, and ignorance of the rules is not an excuse for violations.
Moderators enforce these rules to protect the integrity of the server and the community.
1.0 COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Be Respectful
Treat everyone with basic human decency. Racism, xenophobia, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any form of hate speech is not permitted, including “jokes” or coded language.
No Harassment or Threats
No personal attacks, targeted harassment, threats (in-game or real-world), dogpiling, or repeated unwanted behaviour. This includes direct messages if reported.
No Trolling, Baiting, or Drama
Do not intentionally provoke others, derail conversations, spread misinformation, or create drama “for fun”.
Keep It Appropriate
No NSFW, explicit, or excessively graphic content. This applies to text, images, links, usernames, and profile content.
No Spam or Unapproved Promotion
No spam, mass pings, scam links, or unsolicited advertising or self-promotion without staff approval.
No Politics
Political discussions, slogans, or arguments are not allowed. This server exists for gameplay and community, not political debate. Enforcement is at staff discretion.
Use Common Sense
If you are unsure whether something is appropriate, it probably isn’t. When in doubt, don’t post it.
2.0 GAMEPLAY INTEGRITY
Play to Win
Intentionally throwing games, griefing teammates, or refusing to participate in team objectives is not allowed.
No Selling or Trading All IPs
Do not sell, trade, or intentionally give up all structures, units, or objectives in a way that ruins match integrity. Surrendering is allowed if the game is clearly over.
No Exploits or Glitches
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an advantage is prohibited.
No Smurfing
Creating alternate accounts to bypass skill balancing or deceive opponents is not allowed.
Commander Conduct
Commanders must communicate reasonably and act in good faith. Deliberate non-communication or obstruction may result in removal from the command seat.
Zero Tolerance Directives
The following result in immediate, permanent bans:

- Enforcement may include warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans
- Severe violations may result in immediate action
- Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse
